    The Facilities Crew team members assist in keeping all indoor and outdoor areas of the facility clean. The Facilities Crew assists the events team with event set-ups and tear-downs, and partners with the Greenhouse and Culinary departments on various janitorial-related projects.

    Morning Kitchen Routine: Preparing the cold display case and cold bar toppings ahead of time.

    Dish Washing: Helping with the dishes during quiet times

    Front Food Runner: Preparing the orders and keeping the kitchen staff informed of when items are running low.
