Full-Time or Part-Time | Grand Rapids, MIWe’re looking for a dependable, energetic Shift Lead to join our fast-paced specialty sub shop. We serve high-quality sandwiches along with a unique selection of craft bottled sodas and focus on great food, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere.
Responsibilities include leading during assigned shifts, providing friendly, efficient customer service, preparing sandwiches and assisting with daily food service. You will also need to keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked while handling opening and closing responsibilities and keeping service moving during busy periods.
We’re looking for dependable, positive, and self-motivated individuals who are comfortable taking the lead with strong communication and customer service skills. You must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Food service or retail experience preferred.
