Rudy's Sub Shop offers handcrafted subs made with premium ingredients and meat and cheese shaved to order, served on specialty sub rolls freshly baked by Market Hall neighbor, Field & Fire. Their commitment to using high-quality ingredients with a gourmet spin makes their subs simple but special.

With classic combinations like ham and mortadella, turkey and provolone, and a tasty tuna salad, each of ten signature subs are served in three different sizes: Rudy size, Mom size, or Dad size. Add chips, soup, or a craft soda from High Tide to make it a meal. Don’t forget the pickle!
