Dorothy and Tony’s Gourmet Popcorn started by making their amazing kettle corn and selling it at farmers markets using a secret family recipe. After seeing great success, they opened a popcorn shop the Grand Rapids Downtown Market in 2013 and quickly became a fan favorite snack destination.

Fast forward to 2024—it’s time to pass the popcorn torch and who better to man the kettle than Market Hall neighbor and French pastry creator, Chef Gaby of Gaby’s Gourmandise? Many signature varieties are still available, new and improved by Gaby himself, including white cheddar, movie theater, Grand Rapids style, classic kettle corn, caramel, jalapeño white cheddar, and more.

Gaby's new flavors will include parmesan-thyme-rosemary, cinnamon kettle corn, sour cream and dill, salt and vinegar, and other gourmand-inspired creations available in multiple bag sizes and gift tins. In classic Gaby fashion, he has also developed a buttery popcorn brittle that puts a confectionary twist on Dorothy & Tony's traditional product. Complementing the popcorn offerings will be a Michigan-sourced pantry section including nuts, candies, chocolates, snacks, and select kitchen accessories.
