Owned by Shelby and Julie Kibler (from Field & Fire), Rad Bagels serves handcrafted organic bagels. Just like Field & Fire bread, they make bagels utilizing sourdough and long fermentation, in unique flavors. The shop also offers bagel sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—yes, it's open early!
Additionally, Rad Bagels serves handheld waffles with mix-ins, served hot to eat. Instead of toppings, the extra ingredients (such as local fruit, etc.) is mixed into the batter to-order and then cooked in the waffle iron. Try the sweet and savory waffle sandwiches!
