Prospectors Cold Brew (Graduated)
Prospectors Cold Brew was created with the aim to make the best organic, fair-trade cold brew coffee. Their cold brew coffee is a healthy option for those who are looking for a low calorie and low sugar caffeinated coffee beverage. In less than two years, Prospectors has gone from the incubator kitchen at the Downtown Market to becoming a supplier for Meijer, Whole Foods, SpartanNash and Kroger and graduated into their own production facility.
Cultured Love (Graduated)
Cultured Love wants to make good food possible for others. They do this through their naturally fermented, organic specialty sauerkrauts. Their product is a probiotic-laden, nutritious food that is not only beneficial for the consumer, but also adds an amazing flavor, texture, and beauty to any meal. Cultured Love can be found in over 15 stores throughout West Michigan, as well as numerous local restaurants. Cultured Love graduated from the incubator kitchen in fall of 2015 and is now housed in Zeeland to better meet their production demands.
