Spectrum Health Lifestyle Medicine classes are operated out of the second floor Teaching Kitchen in the Downtown Market. You are encouraged to cook along with the chef in the comforts of your home kitchen. Family members are welcome to join in on the cooking experience as well. If you prefer not to cook, you can also watch and listen to the cooking demonstration and then later try making the recipes on a different day. Click here to view all classes.
