Chef Clara Moore learned Mexican Cooking while living in Mexico - and when she returned she wanted to share the knowledge with everyone! Even her vegetarian friends! So Clara adapted these traditional recipes and techniques to a meat free meal. You will be assisting in making three different Salsas, Savory and Sweet Tamales,Enjitomatadas with Vegan Cheese, and Lovely and Simple Mexican Wedding Cookies.
