Join Chef Clara Moore as she teaches you some vegetarian basics to wow your friends, nourish your family, or simply to put good food in you belly. In this hands-on class you will make "The Best Brussels Sprouts Ever," delicious Baba Ghanoush, make and roll out our own pasta for a delicious Cauliflower and Pinenut Pasta, whip up a soul-satisfying Curried Butternut Squash Soup, and top it all with an Apple Brown Betty. You won't miss the meat!!!
