Dressings, Sauces, and Marinades

The key to a great meal starts with planning and a little help from a few basic marinades. In this class participants will create a variety of sauces, marinades, and dressings including spicy citrus mojo marinade, mustard rosemary marinade, chimichurri sauce, sweet chili sauce, basic vinaigrette, and roasted red pepper dressing, all to be used to create a tasty meal together.
