Slow Your Roll: Beginner Sushi (GF)

In this beginner sushi experience, our expert chef will lead you through the basics of rolling, cutting, and preparing three classic sushi rolls. You will learn basic japanese knife skills, proper sushi plating, and expert garnishing techniques. This class is all about preparation, plating, and presentation! An assortment of japanese beer and sake will be available in class for purchase.
