Slow Your Roll: Beginner Sushi

In this beginning sushi experience, our expert sushi chef will lead you through the basics of rolling, cutting, and preparing three classic sushi rolls. Participants will learn basic Japanese knife skills, proper sushi plating, and expert garnishing techniques. This class is all about preparation, plating and presentation! An assortment of Japanese beer and sake will be available in class for purchase.
