It’s a wonderful time to live in the Mitten State. Fruits and veggies are in their prime so we’ll gather around the table to celebrate Michigan’s bounty. Explore some recipes that are specific to Michigan towns and learn how farmers make the season last longer by preserving the flavors of summer to be enjoyed all year round!
- Travel north to the upper peninsula while creating pasties with homemade gravy and chocolate bark with dried cherries and almonds
- Stay in Motown for build-your-own coney dogs with applesauce and fresh berry popsicles
- Back home in west Michigan, we’ll bake with blueberries including a blueberry ricotta cake, blueberry muffins and blueberry ice cream
