Spectrum Health Lifestyle Medicine classes are operated out of the second floor Teaching Kitchen in the Downtown Market.
In this 2-part class you will learn the science behind the benefits of adding more plants to your diet and what this means for chronic disease prevention, management, and possible reversal. You will also learn tips and tricks to easily add in more plant power to your lifestyle. This class is led by Lifestyle Medicine Registered Dietitian and Health Coach. Class is held virtually using Zoom.
