Learn techniques in this class to elevate your weekend brunch from scrambled eggs to rustic steak benedict, and barbacoa eggs benedict with chimichurri hollandaise. You won’t stop at great dishes. You will also learn how to create a fresh bellini using house-made peach puree and prosecco.
