Daily Dozen Challenge (May), Incorporating More Plant-Based Foods In Your Diet (Virtual)

Spectrum Health Lifestyle Medicine classes are operated out of the second floor Teaching Kitchen in the Downtown Market.

Dr. Greger is a leading expert in plant-based nutrition and we have designed this fun, comprehensive 6-class series based off his "Daily Dozen" app to help you and your family begin or improve your plant-based eating.
 
Classes are led by our lifestyle medicine team. In addition to interactive education from our plant-based experts, this course includes:

  • Culinary demos to improve your plant-based cooking
  • Over 40 delicious plant-based recipes
  • Weekly challenges to keep you on track
  • Tips and tricks from our healthcare experts that have followed a plant-based lifestyle for years

For the cost of $10 per class, you will gain the knowledge and skills to improve your health for a lifetime. This series will be held virtually on Zoom. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join the classes. For anyone who registers and is unable to join during the designated time, the session will be recorded and the link will be emailed out the next day and viewable for up to 5 days.
