The Culinary Medicine team at Spectrum Health welcomes you to the plant-based cooking series. We believe that when chefs, registered dieticians and physicians work together, we can prevent and oftentimes reverse many of our country’s most challenging chronic health problems. We want to share this information with you in a fun, hands-on, interactive teaching kitchen environment. In this series of classes, you will learn delicious ways to increase the amount of seasonal whole plant foods in your diet along with the science of achieving optimal health through a plant-based lifestyle.
Class cost inclusive of hands-on instructional experience at the state-of-the-art teaching kitchen at the Downtown Market, shared family meal and beautiful recipe cards to take and use in your home kitchen. Individual classes can be purchased for $75 per class or the entire four class series can be purchased for a discounted rate of $275 with our 4-class bundle option.
