Our country is certainly going through a golden age of beer production right now, so we’re not content just drinking the good stuff – let’s cook with it, too!
Tonight we’ll make Green Peppercorn-IPA Gougeres, the perfect two bite appetizer, followed by a unique Warm Beet, Bibb & Bacon Salad with Dark-Beer-Vinaigrette. Brown Ale Braised Chicken with Pearl Onions, Potatoes and Bacon served with a Vegetable Medley. For dessert enjoy a divinely moist Chocolate Stout Cake. Tonight’s class will also include a selection of local beers for sipping.
