Cooking With Wine: Classic French Technique

Learn the basics of french cooking with this meal of traditional favorites. Start with a classic nicoise salad, then tackle an herb goat cheese fondue. Conquer the famous coq au vin, then finish the meal with a light and flavorful chocolate soufflé with a brandy whipped cream. Mon Dieu!
