The golden age of beer production is now, so don't just drink the good stuff—let’s cook with it, too! This Beer City inspired menu will include hearty appetizers, beer braised pork tacos, and cilantro beer rice. Finish it off with a chocolate stout cake. Yes, beer in dessert! A sipping menu of local beers complements this class.
