Cooking for Two: Week Night Prep

During this week night edition of Cooking for Two we will feature easy-to-make and delicious recipes—perfect for those short on time but looking for lots of flavor! Your night will include learning proper polenta technique, garlic-tomato sauce preparation, and mini beef meatballs. You will also learn a foolproof way to make your own healthy vinaigrette to top a mixed greens salad. Pair your meal with a wine selection available for purchase from our curated wine list.
