Cook (Full Time & Part Time)

Fish Lads of Grand Rapids is looking to hire 1 full time cook & 2 part time cooks!
All individuals MUST have prior kitchen/line cooking experience, preferably 1 year or more. Past work history must be provided upon request.
Both FT & PT positions include AM & PM shifts.
AM shift duties include:
- Opening the kitchen
- Setting up the line for lunch service
- Constructing a prep list for the day
- Completing any prep needed for lunch service
- Putting away received product requisitions
PM shift duties include:
- closing the kitchen and all necessary cleaning needed to do so,
- finalize prep for the day,
- construct a prep list for the following day,
- cooking through dinner service
Both positions include washing dishes, other necessary kitchen cleaning duties, and running food.
*All FT positions require open availability; must have 6-8 hours open between 7a-9p each day, 5 days a week.
*All PT positions require open availability; must have 6-8 hours open between 7a-9p each day, 2-3 days a week.
